Billed as a time to talk about “everything except your job,” participants for a brown bag series at our office ranged from ex Amazon employees to comic book professors and freelance illustrators. Awesome. We called it “Dream Kitchen.” People came because they were curious.

We wanted to hear what people would do if they could do anything at all in the world. The big idea was to share dreams.
Because it matters. We don’t talk about these things enough. Kitchen gave it a platform. It was our first real trial for 2012’s larger-picture series, Orangutan Swing.
